Synthetic Forest: Min Egen Lilla Värld

Absolute favorite forest elements :via: techtrance style

Dark and heavy with extra thick bass, these three German gems are immediately trance-dance invoking, never letting go until the end... except with a few perfectly placed breaks. Mother nature schooled wood nymphs and black toads on music theory, and they composed this extraordinary trio of tracks sure to be played religiously by forest-heads and non-forest-heads alike, especially that last piece.

Synthetic Forest is the project of Sasch of Stuttgart, Germany.

Grouch: Tree of Life Festival 2012

Forest psy dressed up sexy, went to the club, and had chamomile tea.

Call it minimal forest techtrance with glitch fringes and subtle allusions to familiar genius. This high quality mix with some production is house dirty in peripheral but most definitely lost in trance. Careful, she gets dark in there. You'll know when!

The Grouch resides in New Zealand.

Vegenaut: Vegemix

No matter the knots, but the Naut.

Smooth-sailing minimal tech in whimsical robot play true to classic, almost fetal synth, rolling in psychedelic surprises ranging from the animalistic to the ghetto-tronic to the aquatic. All fit in respectfully with the clean, spacey vibe and mellow disco-trance seascape. The pun on produce reflects the playful intelligence of the music itself.

This work is by my friend, Nick Dolan, who used to live in College Station, TX and now travels the desserts of the southwest US.
